MyFTB Account Registration Disabled, What You Can Do in the Meantime

The FTB has disabled registration for new MyFTB accounts in anticipation of a new, enhanced version of MyFTB, to be released January 2016. However, taxpayers who have existing MyFTB accounts are able to use the following online services:

· Web pay for businesses

· View payments or cancel scheduled payments

· View account information for individuals and businesses

· Update address and phone number

· View FTB-issued 1099s

· CalFile

Even if you do not have a MyFTB account, taxpayers are still able to use these following services:

· Web pay for individuals

· Check your refund

· Apply for installment agreements

· Head of household audit letter

· File a 199N e-postcard

· Entity status letters

· MyCOD Account

· Many other online services, click here for more.
