Accomplished attorney, Shane Hofeling, has recently been appointed to the role of Chief Counsel within the FTB. Mr. Hofeling has worked diligently for the FTB for 22 years, including broad experience working in five different departments in the Legal Division and serving as Assistant Chief Counsel of the Litigation Bureau for four years.
