The FTB has disabled registration for new MyFTB accounts in anticipation of a new, enhanced version of MyFTB, to be released January 2016. However, taxpayers who have existing MyFTB accounts are able to use the following online services:
· Web pay for businesses
· View payments or cancel scheduled payments
· View account information for individuals and businesses
· Update address and phone number
· View FTB-issued 1099s
· CalFile
Even if you do not have a MyFTB account, taxpayers are still able to use these following services:
· Web pay for individuals
· Check your refund
· Apply for installment agreements
· Head of household audit letter
· File a 199N e-postcard
· Entity status letters
· MyCOD Account
