VIDEO: What happens when parties cannot reach a settlement?

On Behalf of | Dec 14, 2015 | Tax Court |

In many of the cases we handle, our tax attorneys are able to reach a settlement through negotiations with the other side. However, this isn’t always possible, especially if the parties simply do not agree on an issue, or the issue involves an area of law that is unresolved.

The following video explains what skills a tax lawyer must possess to successfully litigate a case, whether it is before an administrative body or a state or federal court.

Our first choice is always to reach an out of court settlement with the other side. When that isn’t possible, our attorneys have the knowledge and experience necessary to represent your rights and interests through litigation.
