Andrew Ford has more than a decade of experience in IRS, FTB, and EDD tax audits, appeals, litigation, and settlement. He regularly assists clients with tax liability resolution, including Offers in Compromise, Innocent Spouse Relief applications, hardship deferrals, penalty abatement requests, and negotiating installment payment agreements.
Andy has a proven track record of successfully negotiating resolutions for clients facing challenging tax issues with the IRS, FTB, and EDD. His has helped clients to achieve strong outcomes in difficult circumstances, saving them millions in tax obligations and penalties.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Williams & Associates, P.C., Andy was an attorney for a prominent Bay Area tax law firm, where he represented clients in state and federal tax matters. Andy also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP handling state and local tax matters as a member of their Tax Advisory Group.
In his free time, Andy enjoys exercising, cooking, and attending live concerts, from the symphony to the Stones.
